The evidence

This workshop is based on peer-reviewed learning science research. It draws on retrieval practice research, self-regulated learning theory and the neuroscience behind stress management.

VCE specific

We recommend that students complete this workshop in VCE and complete our ‘Principles for Learning Success’ and ‘Effective Revision Strategies’ workshops prior to VCE.
